No. This is not about restriction or punishment. We build a sustainable nutrition and movement plan around your life, your preferences, and your lab results — because long-term change doesn't come from a crash diet.

Yes. Integrative coaching complements (not replaces) your medical care. I always recommend working alongside your doctor, and I'll never tell you to stop a medication. Instead, we focus on the lifestyle, nutrition, and lab-guided support that addresses root causes.

Most clients start noticing shifts in energy, sleep, bloating, or mood within the first few weeks of their custom protocol. The 4-month container is intentional — it gives your body the time to actually heal and for habits to become permanent.
